Jenifer Lopez Learns Israeli Martial Arts

Jennifer Lopez has perfected the art of Krav Maga, the Israeli hand-to-hand martial art, so she can do her own stunts in her next movie.
Krav Maga teaches people to use everyday objects as weapons based on natural reactions of the human body, according to a story on the Radio Undercover.com website.
Lopez learned the art for her next movie, Enough, which depicts the story of a working class waitress who fights back against an abusive husband.
Director Michael Apted says Lopez will do about 95 percent of the stunts in the movie. Apted also directed the James Bond movie The World Is Not Enough.
She was trained for the role by Simon Crane, who also trained Angelina Jolie for her role in Lara Croft: Tombraider – 32b30a.com
