‘Farmer in Congress’ shows longest shot in Egyptian cinemaDirector Fahmi al Sharqawi is editing his film Fallah Fi al Congress (Farmer in Congress) marking his direction debut. The film screening will begin at more than 46 venues in the middle of next July.The film story was written by Sherif Abdel Azim, scripted by Hamdi Yousef and costarring Shaaban Abdel Rehim, Alaa Murcy and Abeer Sabri shortly before her quittance. “In the film I show the longest shot in the Egyptian cinema history through a scene lasting for 3 minutes and 15 seconds. Then he turns to selling liver on a moving cart but he is dissatisfied with the income.
