Egyptian TV Produces Film on Archbishop Capuche
The Egyptian TV is currently producing a film on the life history of Archbishop Capuche, the Vatican representative and diplomat who sympathized with the Palestinian issue and did his bast for its cause.
“I am now wrapping up the film which depicts how Capuche, the Catholic Church representative, sees the right of Palestinians in their lands as a legitimate right. It also shows how the archbishop was arrested by Israel which bartered with the Vatican his release in exchange of his lifelong non-return to the Middle East,” the head of the Egyptian TV Production Department, Medhat Zaki told the London based Arabic daily Al Sharq Al Awsat.
He added that international stars would take leading roles in the film scripted by Mohsen Zayed in order to give the film more credibility.
“The Egyptian TV will produce during the forthcoming period a number of drama productions which will tackle the Palestinian issue, current uprising and the status quo of the Arabs surrounding it,” added Zaki -- c41000.com
