Noor al Sherif Plays Role as Algerian FighterEgyptian actor Noor al Sherif plans to play the role as an Algerian fighter who devotes his life to resist the French occupation, in his forthcoming film.“More than one producer to be agreed with will participate in the film’s production because it needs a hefty budget which may reach 8 million pounds,” Sherif told the London based Arabic daily al Sharq al Awsat. Sherif said that stars from Egypt, Algeria and all Arab countries would participate in the film to be directed by Yousef Shahin or his assistant Khaled Yousef.
